COVID-19 Update 23/07/2021

We are now offering limited amounts of face-to- face counselling for adults as well as remote counselling for adults and young people.

Tier 4 and Lockdown Arrangements Update 07/01/21

Remote counselling via Zoom or phone is still available although capacity to take on any new enquiries is very limited. Please visit the resources page for help with coping during lockdown and the NHS mental health health support guidelines available here

COVID-19 Update 14/10/2020

During the current lock down I am unable to offer face to face counselling sessions. I can provide sessions via telephone counselling, What's App, Facetime and online sessions using ZOOM which are available to adults and over 14s. Availability of face-to-face counselling is subject to review and may change in line with the government tiered system for local virus control after the lock down is lifted.

If I need to self-isolate through illness, I will contact you via our normal agreed method of communication to tell you. If either of us is unwell and experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the best option would be to take a break from therapy until fully recovered in line with health guidance.

I do not currently plan to close my practice and will continue to review public health and government directives and advice and will advise any changes on this website.
