In the event of emergency cancellation due to therapist illness or death, an appointed and trusted therapeutic executor with minimal access to the digital /paper appointment diary will securely access client first names and email address or mobile number in order to contact clients about emergency cancellation.
Copies of financial records including receipts or invoices are held securely for seven years in line with the requirements of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for tax purposes.
